Hi, I’m Bianca.
I am a biracial Black, non-binary Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with over four years of experience in LGBTQ+ advocacy. My approach to counseling is rooted in holistic, relational, and community-based care. I firmly believe that healing cannot occur in isolation; it thrives in connection. As the saying goes, "Healing is an act of communion." Together, we can explore the antidote to pain through meaningful connections and shared experiences.
In our work together, I strive to create a safe and affirming space where you can be your authentic self. I am passionate about supporting my trans siblings and non-binary baddies through life's challenges.

My goal is to empower you to find strength and resilience through the bonds we build and the community we cultivate. Whether you're seeking support for identity exploration, relationship issues, or personal growth, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey. Let's work together to foster healing and transformation through the power of connection.
My Approach
“When we imagine the world we want to shift towards, are we dreaming of being the winners of the future? Or are we dreaming of a world where winning is no longer necessary because there are no enemies?”
I specialize in working with individuals navigating mood disorders, with a focus on learning to approach conflict from a de-colonized and non-pathologizing lens. My passion is supporting people from diverse backgrounds, especially those within the LGBTQ+ community, as they face life’s challenges and seek pathways to growth.
The clients that seek therapy with me often feel stuck in patterns of conflict or disconnection and are seeking new ways to relate that honor their identity and lived experience. Their goals often include building resilience, fostering authentic connections, and finding healing within themselves and their communities.
